10 Ways to BURN Fat in 10 MINUTES!

Let’s be honest, gaining weight sucks. It makes your face look rounder, harder to find clothes that actually fit and it hides that sexy six pack!  Today, I’m going to show you 10 way you can lose fat, now that summer is around the corner.

1.TAKE A 10 MINUTE LONG COLD SHOWER

The theory is, taking a 10 minute cold shower is supposed to activate the B.A.T. (Brown Adipose Tissue) which in turn, generates heat, raises your metabolism, and burns some of that fat. Some may disagree and found this study to be inconclusive, but cold showers have tons of benefits so why not give it a shot?

2.H.I.I.T. WORKOUT (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING)

You can do the traditional way of burning calories like running or biking for an hour. But who has that kind of time? Try a 10 minute H.I.I.T. workout where you burn the most fat as possible, as quick as possible. In addition, depending on how grueling the workout is, you can burn anything from 200-600 calories after the workout through something called the after-burn effect.

3.TAKE YOUR BCAA

There are weight loss pills and powders out there, I’ve never tried them so I can’t say anything about them. 4.EAT AN APPLE A DAY

Fruits and vegetables are a great source of nutrients for your body. Fruits that are water-based contain a pectin that limit how much fat your cells can absorb. It’s also packed with a bunch of antioxidants and fibers…so yea, pick up an apple a day.

5.DON’T TAKE THE EASY ROAD

Don’t think that you can only lose fat and calories in the gym. So by changing little things throughout your day like maybe parking a little bit further so you have to walk more or taking the stairs instead of the elevator. All in all, when there’s a easy road, go for the one that takes more effort. Without even realizing you’re going to be burning your caloric burn.

6.LOWER YOUR INSULIN

Higher insulin levels promotes fat storage, especially around the belly area. Want to know how to fight against that? Eat more protein. There was a study conducted on two groups of women following them on a 8-week diet. One group’s diet consisted of 30% protein while the other was only 16% protein. They findings showed that the group with higher protein lost so much more visceral fat than the other.

7.TRY SOME YOGA

I know what your thinking, “I’m not doing yoga, that’s a mom activity!”. In reality, if you want to lose fat, that’s probably something you want to give a shot. However, if you’ve tried it and don’t like it, do anything that helps you relax or meditate. At the end of the day, your goal is to lower your stress level so you can lower that stress hormone cortisol which is linked to belly fat.

8. HAVE A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP

9. HAVE A GOOD SLEEPING SCHEDULE

Like I said, sleeping is important to fat loss, but so is going to sleep on a routine. Chaotic sleeping habits will cause your internal clock to go crazy. This will also boost your stress cortisol, that fat-storing hormone you’re trying to avoid.

10.THERE IS NO EASY WAY TO BURN FAT

You’re not going to do these 10 tips and automatically look shredded. These are just 10 things you can add to your diet and exercise to maybe accelerate it a little bit more. Fat burning is also a very simple process. Just follow the equation.
