1.NEVER EAT OUT OF THE ORIGINAL CONTAINER
This is one of the biggest mistakes I see guys make, they just open up a bag of chips and eat the whole thing. The problem is, you don’t know how much calories you are intaking and then that’s how you slowly gain weight. Always pour yourself a serving size amount. This is also going to limit you, so you don’t have the whole bag.
2.TILT YOUR MIRROR UP
This will get rid of any slouching or crouching. It will also make you sit up straight and build a stronger core.
3.TAKE AMINO ACIDS AS YOU WORK OUT
BCAA (Branched Chains Amino Acids), these are essential amino acids that your body doesn’t create and you need them. This will lead to less muscle fatigue and soreness. Helping you boost quicker recovery times. I personally take my amino acids in my Fit Mix Pro by Vitagoods.
I carry this with me wherever I go. It has a small propeller on the bottom, so when I dispense my BCAA, that is contained on top, I can mix it up without giving myself a arm workout. The propellers move at 16,000 RPM, so it ensures me a smooth, lump-free drink. I also use this for my protein, as well. So in conclusion, if you drink anything that needs to be mixed, I definitely recommend this product. In addition, it’s USB re-chargeable too. So you could just plug it into your computer and it lasts you a while. As always, I have a killer discount code, just type in “tmfmix” for 40% off!
4.LISTEN TO MUSIC
Studies show that blasting music will distract your brain from body awareness. This is the good type of distraction, it takes your mind off the exhaustion your putting your muscles through. Another study shows that athletes that listen to music can perform up to 15% better. So, plug those earbuds in.
5.BRUSH YOUR TEETH EARLY IN NIGHT
This is a good hack for people who are easily tempted by junk food and this is usually when we have the most free time. These are also when the temptations come in. Especially, if you already hit your calorie intake for the day, this could be very dangerous. But the solution is simple, just brush your teeth early in the night, so you won’t be able to eat anything else and it tricks your brain and puts it into “sleep-mode”. Plus, who’s going to want to brush their teeth again.
6.WORKOUT IN FRONT OF A MIRROR
It’s okay to be a little narcissistic, stand in the mirror and look at yourself working out. If you are working out by yourself, this is the best way to check your form, make sure your using good posture and your getting full extension on all of your movement. Then you can micro-correct anything you are doing wrong and maximize your result.
7.INCREASE YOUR WEIGHTS GRADUALLY
Make sure you set goals for yourself. Perhaps, every week or 2, increase the weight by just a little. This is how you are going to make progress and make sure you track it as well. In addition, it’s also good to add reps, this will also make you progressively more muscualr as well. It’s always important to push yourself and set new goals.
