School is hard as it is, but thankfully you got me, a dear friend, to make it as easy as possible. Today, I’m going to do just that, whether you’re in Middle School, High School or College, I’m going to make your life easier.
Let’s be honest, when you’re in school, you have time or money to go on shopping sprees. Most of your shopping is going to happen online, and if it isn’t already, Amazon is your best friend. Anything from grooming supplies to stylish clothing can be found on there. However, if you’re on a tight budget, you have to download Honey.
This is a web browser extension with just two clicks, will get you the best deal on millions of products online. The great thing about Honey is that it’s unobtrusive, it won’t spam you and it does all of it’s work on the back end. So, next time you’re online shopping, it will look through tons of discount codes so when you get to checkout, you’ll be surprised with a coupon! In conclusion, if you don’t have Honey yet, you NEED to check it out and thank me later.
Don’t be that kid always carrying that cheap bottle AXE, that doesn’t do anything but make you smell tacky. What I would do, is always carry a small bottle of Scentbird. You can easily throw it in your bag, it’s lightweight, small and perfect for traveling. If you’re ever caught in a situation where you need to smell good immediately, just pull out your handy Scentbird. You’re a spray away from having people adore your scent.
One of the biggest reasons I love Scentbird is because if you’re a student, you probably don’t have $80-$100 to buy a full bottle of cologne. On the other hand, for only $15 a month, Scentbird sends you a substantial amount of cologne to last you a while with your scent of choice. I was in college too, I understand how it is. So I reached out and made sure you guys got the best deal and I did! $15 is cheap as is, however if you use code “TEACH30“, you’ll get 30% off your first month of cologne! If that’s not a deal, I don’t know what is.
Let’s set aside all the lies, computers don’t help you write notes. Go old school, start using pen and paper. When you take notes with pen and paper, you are actively listening better and identifying important concepts. Not to mention, when you’re writing notes on a laptop, you have tons of distractions from messages to social media, the list goes on.
Early risers have the greatest advantage in this world, they get the most out of their day. Morning risers are usually more aware, better problem solvers and more productive. If you want to wake up earlier, make it a routine, go to bed at around 10PM-11PM and go to sleep at that time every night.
Afterwords, set an alarm on your phone or clock, I personally wake up at 5:30AM every morning, if I sleep in any longer, I feel out of wack and my whole day is messed up.
One of the struggles of going to school is meeting new friends, a quick hack you can do is whenever you walk into a classroom, do it with confidence and assume that everyone already likes you. This works like a charm, it’s going to make it so much easier to strike up a conversation with anyone in the room.
