The BEST At-Home Gym Equipment (Under $30)

1.PULL UP BAR

A pull up bar is an essential workout for everybody, even if you go to the gym. Doing pull-ups works out so many muscles and it’s such a great upper-body workout. I believe this specific one cost me $25 at Walmart. The great thing with a pull-up bar is just by changing your hand positions, it targets different muscle groups. Not to mention the countless ab workouts, you can do as well.

2.KETTLE-BELL

The Kettle-Bell is a great piece of workout equipment. You can just buy one and there is so many different workouts that you can do. Just like my previous purchase, you can buy something like a 40-lb kettle bell for only $30. The possibilities are endless, just google “kettle-bell workouts” and out of the hundred of exercises, find the one that’s right for you.

3.WEIGHT SCALE

This is another essential at the gym and it’s the only way to check if your workouts are actually making a difference to your body. You can find a generic scale at Walmart or Amazon for around $20, and they work just fine, if your just looking at your weight. However, if you want to spend a little bit more, I would recommend the body-fat analyzer scale from Vitagoods. Not only can it calculate your weight, it gives you so much more information to track your fitness goals. Because of that, the scale usually retails for about $125. I know…it’s expensive. 4.JUMP ROPE

5.AB ROLLER

Ab rollers are great, although it targets your abs, it’s a full-body workout. By the time your done, there’s not one muscle that’s not going to be sore. It’s not as essential as all the other ones, but I do recommend it. For the price, it’s not a bad investment.
